Straight business and always is accommodating to induvial needs. Best shop to do too. No shady business like what has gone on at Con-gardener.

Avoid this place at all costs. They sold me the wrong peice of equiment when I came in and when I returned they refused a return, refund or trade in. Spend your money at GrowGeneration or Oregon's Constant Gardender. HW Hydropinics WILL sell you the wrong item and keep your money.

Worst grow store in Eugene. I'm in the parking lot writing my review while watching the worker smoke a cigarette and not open the gate. This is literally the 10th time I've been here and I've never bought anything. Can't give them another chance. Unprofessional. Non communication. They don't order what I ask. They don't even know how to grow anything. It's all dirty, dusty, and the employees I've dealt with are slower than molasses. They're NEVER open on a consistent basis. Unfortunately when our farm is low on supplies, we have to try every store in town to continue to move forward. These guys are an absolute waste of time.
